MyHinduPage's Mission
1. The first and foremost goal of this website, MyHinduPage, is to provide those interested in Hinduism and spirituality with knowledge of the beliefs of Hinduism and practices of yoga.
Hinduism and yoga are playing a vital role in the world today with the introduction of yoga exercises and dhyana, or meditation into mainstream society. As for Hindus these are our hereditary knowledge. Society gains much benefit, both emotionally and spiritually from such universal spiritual practices. Hindu beliefs like karma, dharma and reincarnation, are a source of reassurance and inspiration. To empower seekers with the knowledge of general Hindu philosophy and yogic practices are the core purposes of MyHinduPage. Toward the fulfillment of this end of MyHinduPage’s mission you will find lessons, tutorials and seminars on Hinduism and yoga practices such as hatha yoga, meditation and many other educational resources, both for adults and children.
2. An equally important goal of MyHinduPage is to provide an online venue for Hindu community support and enrichment through MyHinduPage’s community pages.
The Hindu Community pages of MyHinduPage is part of the service of MyHinduPage to help publicize the welfare and religious activities of organizations that The Center for Hindu Studies collaborates with.
3. To create and collect online Hindu and spiritual resources, including MyHinduPage's downloadable books to enrich the online experience of MyHinduPage.
The Hindu Resouces Page is a collection of links, interesting relevant facts, a download store among other resources.

My Hindu Page site and the domain myhindupage.org is owned by the Center for Hindu Studies which is based in Malaysia. This site and it’s mission is an outgrowth of the Hindu missionary activities of Sannyasin Guhanathaswami (the Director of the Center for Hindu Studies).
This site began publication online in January 2008
